1. Acceptance
By accessing Corpus, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Eligibility
Corpus is available to adults (18+) by invitation. You agree to provide accurate information during onboarding and to keep your account credentials secure.
3. The service
Corpus is a personal health intelligence platform that aggregates health data you choose to connect, runs AI analysis over it, and (depending on your engagement) provides review and consultations with qualified experts.
4. Medical disclaimer
The insights generated by Corpus’ AI are informational and are not, on their own, medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The experts available through Corpus are qualified professionals in their fields (physicians, physiologists, dietitians, coaches). Depending on the plan you and Corpus design together, those experts may recommend further clinical exams, protocols, or referrals. Nothing in the service replaces the judgment of your own treating physician. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider about any medical condition, and call emergency services in an urgent medical situation.
5. Your account
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you connect and the actions taken under your account.
- You agree not to share credentials or impersonate anyone.
- You will promptly notify us of any unauthorized access.
6. Acceptable use
You will not use Corpus to: violate law; upload data you do not have the right to share; attempt to circumvent authentication, rate limits, or audit controls; or interfere with the experience of other members.
7. Fees
Fees for Corpus engagements are bespoke. They depend on the level of expert involvement and scope of service you and Corpus design together during onboarding. Fees, billing cadence, and cancellation terms are documented in the engagement agreement you sign before service begins.
8. Intellectual property
- Your data belongs to you. You grant Corpus a limited license to process it solely to provide the service.
- Corpus software, brand, and written insights belong to Corpus. You may use them as a member for personal purposes; you may not republish, resell, or use them to train AI models.
9. Termination
Either party may end the engagement at any time per the engagement agreement. On termination you may export your data. After the 90-day grace period described in the Privacy Policy, we delete or anonymize your data.
10. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Corpus disclaims all implied warranties (merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement). Our aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from the service is capped at the amount you paid Corpus in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email to active members at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
